Early in her career, Renee worked inside an insurance company. Then, in 1995, we brought her into the right side of the business as our customer service coordinator. While maintaining that original front-line "take care of the customer when they call" attitude, she has earned her CISR designation and currently serves as a product specialist for not only home and auto insurance but also helps our farm clients protect everything from corn to combines and planting to profits. She now serves as our lead person in both of these departments.
