Then, in 1995, we brought her into the right side of the business as our customer service coordinator. While maintaining that original front-line "take care of the customer when they call" attitude, she has earned her CISR designation and currently serves as a product specialist for not only home and auto insurance but also helps our farm clients protect everything from corn to combines and planting to profits.
