It's simple: Jo likes helping others - maybe that explains the countless volunteer hours spent at her children's school as a tutor in math, reading and computer labs. Jo works as a member of our customer support team, specializing in home and auto insurance. She describes her interests as 'old lady hobbies' - knitting, crochet, sewing and cooking and she loves to read non-fiction and historical novels.
