Jenna has worked in the insurance industry since 2005. Prior to this time, Jenna worked for 8 years as a self-employed small business owner in the hospitality industry. As a businesswoman, Jenna came to appreciate the true value of customer service and brings that positive attitude to her work at Ferguson Financial. Her goal is to provide our customers with quick and accurate responses to their questions and service needs. Jenna resides in Freeport, Illinois with her husband, Josh.
